Networking Breakfast Provides Property Market Insights for Midlands Businesses

Representatives from Burgis & Bullock recently attended Thomas Flavell & Sons Solicitors’ networking breakfast in Hinckley, bringing together professionals from across the region for a morning of networking, discussion and expert insight.

Hosted at Understated Coffee, the event offered attendees the opportunity to build new connections, strengthen existing relationships and share knowledge with fellow professionals from a variety of industries.

A key feature of the morning was a presentation from Harry Ward, Director and Chartered Surveyor at Wards, who delivered an informative update on the residential and commercial property markets. His presentation explored the latest trends affecting the sector, providing valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges currently facing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors throughout the Midlands.

The session highlighted several factors influencing the property market and gave attendees a better understanding of the evolving landscape across both residential and commercial sectors.

Events such as these play an important role in fostering collaboration within the local business community, while providing a platform for professionals to stay informed about key economic and market developments affecting their clients and organisations.

Burgis & Bullock would like to thank Thomas Flavell & Sons Solicitors for hosting another successful networking event and looks forward to attending future sessions and continuing to engage with the wider Midlands business community.
