We were delighted to attend New Directions Rugby’s 75th Anniversary AGM and Awards Evening at the Benn Hall Theatre last week, marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s history.

The evening brought together community partners, local businesses, charities and supporters to celebrate not only 75 years of service, but also the achievements of the incredible staff, volunteers and the people supported by New Directions Rugby.

The event highlighted the positive impact the organisation continues to have within the local community, with awards recognising outstanding contributions and successes across the organisation. It was inspiring to hear about the dedication, commitment and achievements that have helped shape New Directions Rugby over the past seven and a half decades.

Guests enjoyed an excellent evening of celebration, networking and entertainment, alongside food and refreshments, as the organisation reflected on its achievements and looked ahead to the future.
