What can the Business Mastermind Group offer me? – David Mack

The Business Mastermind Group brings businesses together to combine their expertise and creates the right environment to inspire creativity.

No matter your sector, we want to ensure it is a space for members to speak candidly about issues within their business and start out on the journey to solve those problems.

Led by Burgis & Bullock’s own Sean Farnell, alongside Enquire3’s Steve Darnell and Your Growth Partner’s David Mack, the group helps attendees analyse the steps they need to take to reach their goals.

The group continues to develop and grow – and it’s the perfect time to join.

As a business owner why should I join?

David Mack, Your Growth Partner: “Owning a business is a lonely job and your partner has heard all your problems time and time again.

“Your SME might be too small to have its own board and you can’t share any of the issues with your team and staff – so where do you go to get the ideas and to be creative?

“The Business Mastermind Group offers a solution. We get like-minded business owners in a room and it’s like your own non-executive board.

“A problem shared is a problem halved.”

How will the group help with problems in my business?

David Mack, Your Growth Partner: “If you have come across a problem in your business, the likelihood is that someone else in the group has faced that very same issue.

“Whatever the sector, running a business has similar challenges. People tend to get stuck in comfort zones and in a certain way of thinking.

“Coming out into a group allows you to explore new ways of thinking, put ideas out there and the other business owners in the room will encourage and assess why it might, and might not, work.”

“You will be held accountable for progress against the aspirational goals you set but also be helped create a plan to deliver them.”

What will the session look like?

David Mack, Your Growth Partner: “We start with a few questions. Since the last meeting what has gone well, what successes have you had? What has gone less well? What’s keeping you awake at night, what’s your biggest challenge?

“The group will then work together over the next couple of hours to discuss these problems and issues.

“You’ll be encouraged to set SMART goals – which are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timebound.

“By combining the expertise of everyone at the Business Mastermind Group you will be able to find solutions to move your business forward.”

The Business Mastermind Group was launched in November 2017 by accountancy firm Burgis & Bullock, bringing together professionals business owners and leaders from a wide range of sectors for presentations, and discussions and clear action planning on how they can improve their business or as well as  making contacts that would be mutually beneficial contacts.

The next Business Mastermind Group session will be held at Burgis & Bullock’s Waterloo Place office in Leamington on August 22nd from 1pm and is free to attend.
