Dale is a Manager within Burgis & Bullock’s Client Services team, supporting a wide range of businesses from ambitious start‑ups through to established companies with multi‑million‑pound revenues. His current role means he’s actively involved in delivering compliance and advisory services to clients as well as contributing to the development of the firm’s success. Dale’s approach ultimately helps clients understand their numbers, make informed decisions and structure their affairs efficiently.
ACCA‑qualified since 2014, Dale began his journey with the firm as a trainee in 2008. Growing his career within Burgis & Bullock has given him an in‑depth understanding of how to deliver practical and commercially focused support. Known for his clear, pragmatic thinking and willingness to challenge assumptions, Dale helps clients gain clarity, plan ahead and move forward with confidence.
Having worked across the Nuneaton, Rugby, Stratford and Leamington offices, he now splits his time between locations and remote working. This flexible approach allows him to work seamlessly with local business as well as those further afield.
Dale once claimed the Burgis & Bullock Bake Off title and still proudly owns the victory apron. Outside of the office, he enjoys travelling with his family, fantasy football, playing Minecraft with his son and the occasional round of golf. As for dislikes, sandwiches containing mayo come high up on the list.
