Kate is a partner at the firm and specialises in audit services as a leader in our corporate services division.
She specialises in the delivery of statutory audit services for the firm’s larger corporate clients, as well as acting as an outsourced interim financial director for clients, and is a Responsible Individual authorised to sign audit report.
Kate, based from our office in Leamington, works across a wide range of sectors but specialises in manufacturing, construction and engineering. She has extensive experience in dealing with the audit requirements and compliance issues relating to owner managed business and groups of companies.
She also takes a leading role in the training and development of trainee auditors for the firm and delivers technical training for the corporate services team.
Kate has more than 20 years’ professional experience and joined Burgis & Bullock in 2006 as an audit senior. She was made partner in 2021 after 15 years with the firm. During her time with the firm she has handled a broad spectrum of work including personal tax, corporate tax and bookkeeping.
Kate has two children and spends a lot of time on the weekend watching her son kick a ball around in cold fields across Warwickshire. In her spare time, she enjoys landscape painting and walks in the Lake District.
