A Leamington-based recruitment agency is celebrating one year in business and has already sealed deals with six major clients.
Inform Recruitment was launched in 2021 by Laura Fuller after building seven years of experience in the recruitment industry across the Midlands.
The business operates across south Warwickshire and has a specialism in recruiting candidates for business support roles.
Laura has amassed six key clients over the first year in business and has set strong foundations for growth of the business.
She has been working closely with leading regional accountancy firm Burgis & Bullock since launching the business, with the firm providing guidance, training, and information to help get the business up and running.
Laura’s working relationship with the accountancy firm began during her time working for major recruitment company Reed, where she worked for six years and helped to recruit staff for Burgis & Bullock.
Laura, 37, joined the recruitment industry in 2014 after enjoying a career in the fitness industry, and set up Inform Recruitment in November 2021.
She said: “Starting up my business was quite daunting at the time but I’ve had a fantastic first year and we are now in a position to accelerate growth of the business.
“I’ve focused this year on solidifying relationships with a core group of clients, and that has been a real success, providing those clients with candidates for sales, administrative and customer services roles.
“Having been based in the region for the majority of my career, I know the challenges that are facing businesses with recruitment here, and now more than ever it’s vital that businesses get the right talent through the door.
“Having worked with Burgis & Bullock in a former role, I approached them straight away when I had formulated plans to set up my own business. The firm has guided me through the early stages of business, with support on Xero, payroll and general business principles.
“This first year in business has gone so fast, and now I’m looking to keep building relationships across the area, networking and meeting potential new clients.
“I’ll be working with Burgis & Bullock to see where we can go next with the business, but it’s been great to have a successful first year in the face of difficult economic circumstances.”
Burgis & Bullock have offices across Warwickshire, including in Leamington Spa, Nuneaton, Rugby and Stratford-upon-Avon.
